Special Educational Needs
Our Special Educational Needs policy and practice are based on the principle of inclusion. We aim to achieve the early identification of children who may be experiencing difficulties with learning, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator then takes responsibility for arranging appropriate support.
This may take the form of individual tuition, differentiated classwork, or a combination of the two. All staff are assisted to support pupils with learning needs, and parents are fully informed and involved in their child’s work and progress.
