Part-time SEN TA

– (min 2 days/week, term time only)

The school is seeking an experienced SEN TA from January 2018 to work a minimum of 2 days per week. The key responsibilities involve providing support to individuals or small groups of children with an identified learning need. The successful applicant will have a strength in teaching & supporting literacy & numeracy in KS1/KS2 plus knowledge and understanding of dyslexia, dyspraxia and autistic spectrum condition (ASC).

The closing date for applications is Friday 26th November at 6.00 pm, with interviews to be held during the week commencing 4th December.

The school is seeking a SEN INA from January 2018 to work 1.5 days per week in that role, with the possibility of additional TA work. The key responsibilities involve providing support to a pupil with Down’s Syndrome.

Volunteer Trustees

We are looking for some additional volunteer members to join our Board of Trustees.  A connection/empathy with Buddhism is desirable, along with an interest in Mindfulness in Education. We are open to individuals with diverse experience but when selecting we may prioritise skill sets that are of particular benefit to the school in order to create a balance within the board. Currently we are looking for new Trustees with specific skills in the following areas:

FINANCE

FUNDRAISING

EDUCATION (an ex head teacher / ex primary school teacher)

The time commitment is usually about  six meetings per year (Saturday mornings), although additional involvement may be required. If interested please complete the Application Form and send it to:
