DEPUTY OFFICE MANAGER

An opportunity to join our school as a member of our support staff on a part time basis. As deputy office manager you will play a key role in supporting staff, parents and children. This will suit someone who is very personable, with strong administration and organisational skills. Ideally you will have previous experience in education, but as important is an aptitude to work in an environment with fast changing demands, whilst maintaining your exceptional communication skills.

Role 3 days a week for 41 weeks/year

Salary £10,00-12,000 per annum.

MIDDAY SUPERVISOR 

We are looking for a cheerful, caring and dedicated lunchtime supervisor who can promote the values and ethos of our school and can work as part of our effective and happy team.

The successful candidate will have a friendly disposition and be able to communicate well with adults and children alike. They will be a positive role model and be able to work in a fair and supportive way with all of our children.

Hours of work 11.45 – 1.15 five days per week.

GOVERNOR

We are particularly seeking Governors with experience in fundraising, education and estate management but would welcome Governors with expertise in other areas.We are seeking two Governors to join our board of trustees.  

Essential skills include the ability to work as part of team, a commitment to ‘collective responsibility’ and the ability to think strategically.  Other skills such as finance, legal, HR and general business skills would be valuable additions.

There is an approximate time commitment of seven board meetings per year.

Our school Governors provide an external perspective and an ability to challenge assumptions and look for solutions. You will bring enthusiasm and experience from other areas of life and work together as a well-balanced group of people to support the Head Teacher and staff to drive the school forward.
